Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking dependable Field Representatives to collect retail information and assist with merchandising and resets. You will handle projects within your market and, when needed, travel across the United States either independently or as part of a team.

You will use a company app to record prescribed product data, capture prices and displays, and transmit results to our corporate office. Training is provided, and benefits include time off and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• A comprehensive initial training program to ensure understanding of the role.

• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and access assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned market projects in your area.
• Complete projects across the United States when needed, solo or in a group.
• Record prescribed product information using the company app.
• Capture item prices, promotions, and photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit results to the corporate office after each project completion.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets and interact with store staff and customers.

We have been the leading provider of retail intelligence to the largest retailers in the world for over 35 years and we have growing demands for additional Field Representatives to help us collect critical retail information, merchandise/demo products, and conduct resets.

What will you be doing?

You will be assigned projects within your market area.

If needed and available, you will be completing projects throughout the United States both independently and part of a group.

You will download and use a company app to record prescribed product information.

Follow specific criteria to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions, as well as pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.

Transmitting the file to our corporate office for review after you have completed the project successfully.

Conduct demos and interact with store personnel as well as potential customers per our client's needs.

Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.

What does RDSolutions Require?

At least 18 years of age.

High school diploma, or equivalent.

Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.

Available at least 32 hours per week, flexible to take on more hours as needed.

Ability to start and finish assignments on time with the attention to detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.

Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift 40 pounds intermittently.

Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers on our client's behalf.
