RDSolutions is seeking individuals for flexible, independent work as Research Associates. You will control how much you earn by choosing when to work, with preplanned tasks across stores and reliable transportation essential to start making money.

All new hires receive detailed training, and opportunities exist to earn more through productivity. A guaranteed hourly minimum is available in areas with a wage floor, and drive time plus mileage are reimbursed where applicable.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned collection tasks at partner stores as per provided plans.
• Follow training and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain flexibility to work within client windows and complete tasks within scheduled times.
