RDSolutions in Great Barrington, MA is seeking delivery/driver associates for a flexible side hustle. You plan your own hours and earn based on productivity, with the faster you work the more you can collect.

Training is provided to maximize efficiency in each store, and a guaranteed hourly minimum may apply in wage-floor areas. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone with our pricing app are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect projects at local grocery stores and complete assignments.
• Drive to stores within scheduled windows and maintain performance.
• Follow company guidelines and maintain reliability and safety while collecting items.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
