RDSolutions is hiring part-time Field Representatives in the Louisiana area. Ideal candidates are reliable, have a valid driver’s license, and can work with a flexible schedule to meet project needs.

Training is provided and compensation includes a guaranteed minimum with upside based on productivity. Applicants should be comfortable with lifting up to 40 pounds and working in cold store environments as required by projects.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and receive work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the necessary detail.
• Ability to stand for shifts and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezers.

• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
