Job summary

Beverage Town, based in the South Bend area, seeks a skilled service technician to repair and maintain commercial beverage equipment, primarily coffee, juice, tea and espresso machines. This is a field service role requiring independence, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to manage service calls with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or technical service experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned service calls
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
