Job summary

Information Providers, Inc. is seeking a part-time Insurance Property Inspector in Andover, MA who can work independently on a field-based schedule. You’ll dispatch from home, conduct on-site inspections, take photos, and prepare underwriting reports.

This 1099 role offers flexible hours with pay at $20–$28 per billable hour and requires a valid driver's license and willingness to travel. No degree is required; dependability and strong work ethic are valued, with opportunities to contribute

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Strong attention to detail, measuring, documentation and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to complete administrative work remotely and submit reports timely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of homes and businesses.

• Assess conditions and identify hazards during property visits.
• Compile underwriting survey reports to support risk evaluation.
