Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking reliable independent contractors to perform residential mortgage inspections in Iron County, Utah and surrounding communities. You’ll work on a flexible schedule, driving to properties and completing exterior occupancy verifications with quick on-site visits.

Paid per inspection (set fee) with earning potential roughly $25–$35 per hour-equivalent, depending on volume and county. You’ll manage your own route and timing as a 1099 contractor.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor with own equipment and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a standard background check
• Excellent time-management skills and self-discipline

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status based on industry indicators.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports via mobile apps.
• Maintain territory coverage and meet deadlines consistently
