FAR Inspections is seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Sedgwick County, Kansas and surrounding communities. You’ll control your schedule, territory, and routing as a 1099 contractor, with on-site exterior occupancy verifications.

Typical inspections take 5–6 minutes; pay is per-inspection, with earning potential equivalent to $25–$35 per hour. You’ll need your own vehicle, smartphone, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications
