FAR Inspections is seeking reliable independent contractors to perform residential mortgage inspections in McCracken County, Kentucky and surrounding communities. This role offers flexible scheduling and 1099 pay with a per-inspection fee, with earning potential aligned to efficiency.

You will verify occupancy status with brief exterior visits, capture photos, and submit reports via mobile apps. Independent work, self-routing and territory management are required.

Qualifications

• Own reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle.
• Smartphone capable of running mobile reporting apps.
• Computer with internet connection and a printer.
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without supervision.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
