Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking reliable independent contractors to perform residential mortgage inspections in Lamoille County, Vermont. You will be in control of your schedule and routing, conducting on-site occupancy verifications, often spending 5–6 minutes at each location.

As a 1099 contractor, you provide a fuel-efficient vehicle, smartphone, computer, and printer. Pay is per inspection, with earnings typically equivalent to $25–$35 per hour, depending on volume and county.

Qualifications
