FAR Inspections is seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Gordon County, Georgia and surrounding communities. This is a 1099 opportunity offering flexible, self-directed scheduling and the potential for supplemental or full-time income on your own terms.

As a Field Inspector, you’ll manage your routing, complete on-site exterior checks in about 5–6 minutes, take 9+ photos, and report via mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status; must supply own equipment.
• Pass a standard background check.
• Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle.
• Smartphone and printer for reporting.
