Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Decatur County, Iowa and surrounding communities. You will manage your own routing and schedule on a flexible, self-directed basis.

Inspections are brief exterior visits to confirm occupancy and report on general conditions. This is a 1099 position with per-inspection pay and typical on-site time of 5–6 minutes; contractors provide their own equipment and vehicle and drive rural Iowa routes within
