FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Woods County, Oklahoma. You will manage your own routing, schedule, and territory, with inspections designed for speed and efficiency.

As a 1099 contractor, you’ll use a smartphone and computer to submit brief reports, capturing 9+ photos per site and maintaining reliability and deadlines across your assigned county.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status (1099).
• Pass a standard background check.
• Own a reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle and necessary equipment.
• Ability to manage routing and territory with minimal supervision.
• Strong time-management and reliability to meet deadlines.
