Job summary

Mortgage Bankers Field Services is seeking independent contractors to perform occupancy field inspections in Jackson County, WI. Inspectors manage their own schedules and use their own vehicles to visit properties, photographing and recording results via an industry mobile app.

Contractors are paid per inspection, with a twice-a-month fixed pay schedule via ACH. No license is required, and applicants should be organized, self-motivated, and capable of meeting client expectations while adhering

Qualifications

• Must own a mobile phone with camera.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle.
• Ability to locate properties and route inspections effectively.
• Clear background check required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties in assigned ZIP codes.
• Communicate delays or rescheduling promptly.
• Complete inspections to client expectations.
• Stay updated on inspection requirements.
• Retake inspections if incomplete to meet standards.
• Schedule inspections to occur during daylight hours.
• Maintain professional conduct during inspections.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a professional appearance.
