Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Midland County, Michigan. You will manage your routing, schedule, and territory on a per-inspection basis, earning a per-inspection fee and an equivalent of $25–$35 per hour.

Responsibilities include determining occupancy status, taking 9+ photos, and submitting reports via mobile apps. You control your workload, with driving through suburban areas and a need for reliable equipment and time

Qualifications

• Own reliable vehicle and smartphone capable of running mobile apps.
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without supervision.
