FAR Inspections is seeking reliable independent field inspectors to perform residential occupancy verifications in Alamance County, NC. You’ll work on your own schedule with expected steady monthly volume and autonomy over routing and territory.

Inspections are brief, exterior visits typically taking 5–6 minutes on-site. Compensation is per inspection with earning potential around $25–$35 per hour, offering a flexible path to supplemental or full-time income.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status and schedule control.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check.
• Own reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle and mobile reporting capability.
• Ability to manage own routing and territory.

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status for each inspection.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit reports via mobile apps.
• Maintain timely and reliable coverage of assigned territory.
