Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking an independent Field Inspector to verify residential occupancy in Yellowstone County, MT, and surrounding areas. You control your schedule, manage your routing, and report findings after brief exterior inspections.

Contractors use their own equipment and a smartphone to capture 9+ photos and file reports. Expect per-inspection pay with 75 inspections/month in the territory on average.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor responsible for own equipment and setup.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check.
• Reliable vehicle and smartphone required.

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status based on indicators.
• Capture 9+ photos per inspection and submit reports via mobile apps.
