This 1099 role offers a flexible schedule you control and pay per inspection, with typical earning potential aligned to a $25–$35 per hour rate.

You will cover Schuyler County and surrounding areas, manage your own routing, and perform exterior occupancy verifications with quick on-site visits, often 5–6 minutes per inspection.

Qualifications

• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.

• Reliability in territory coverage and reporting deadlines.
