FAR Inspections is seeking reliable independent contractors to perform residential mortgage inspections in Calhoun County, IL and surrounding communities, including Hardin.

You will work on a flexible schedule with autonomous routing, performing exterior occupancy verifications on a 5-inspections-per-month average in this territory. This is a 1099 position with per-inspection pay and the opportunity to build supplemental or full-time income.

Qualifications

• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle and smartphone capable of running mobile reporting apps.

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status based on industry-standard indicators.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports using industry-standard mobile applications.
• Maintain a high level of reliability regarding territory coverage and deadlines.
