Job summary

FAR Inspections is recruiting an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Howard County, Maryland. You will manage your own route and schedule, operating on a per-inspection pay model with typical hourly earnings equivalent to $25–$35 when measured across a busy month.

This 1099 role requires you to provide your own vehicle, smartphone, and a computer with internet access. You will drive a dense metro area, perform brief exterior visits, and submit reports on time
