Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Oswego County, New York. You will manage your own routing, schedule, and territory while inspecting properties on a flexible schedule that you control.

As a 1099 field inspector, you will visit properties to verify occupancy status, capture photos, and report findings using mobile reporting apps. A background check and access to a vehicle and mobile device are required.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status with 1099 payment.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Own reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle and smartphone.
• Good time-management and self-discipline.
