Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Stanislaus County, California. You will work on a flexible schedule, covering Modesto or nearby areas, and be paid per inspection with earnings typically equivalent to $25–$35 per hour.

You must provide your own equipment (vehicle, smartphone, computer with internet, printer) and have strong time-management skills to report occupancy statuses and capture required photos.

Qualifications

• Strong time-management skills; be able to meet deadlines without direct supervision.

• Able to pass a standard background check.
