Ideal candidates live near Logan or within Hocking County, enjoy autonomy, and can spend time driving and visiting multiple properties daily. Training and mobile reporting tools are provided.

Qualifications

• For independent contractors: 1099 payment structure and responsibility for own taxes.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle and mobile reporting capability.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status based on industry indicators.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports via mobile apps.
