You’ll manage your own routing and schedule as a 1099 contractor, conducting quick exterior checks and reporting findings with mobile apps.

You’ll provide your own equipment and maintain timely reporting; earnings are per inspection with typical hourly equivalents highlighted, offering flexible, on-demand work in rural areas.

Qualifications

• Requires reliable time-management skills and strong reliability.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check.
• Owns or has access to a reliable vehicle and a smartphone for reporting.
