Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Lincoln County, Montana, including Libby area, on a 1099 basis. Earn per inspection with typical hourly equivalence of $25–$35.

Flexible schedule and control over routing and territory, with on-site field duties. You provide your own equipment and will complete exterior occupancy verifications, taking photos and submitting reports via mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Independent contractor must provide own equipment.

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status based on industry-standard indicators.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports using industry-standard mobile applications.
