FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Sioux County, North Dakota, and surrounding areas. You control your routing, schedule, and territory with standard inspections taking only a few minutes on-site.

This 1099 role pays per inspection, with earnings approximating $25–$35 per hour depending on efficiency and volume. You manage your own equipment and reporting apps, delivering timely, accurate property status reports.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor responsible for providing own equipment.
• Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle.
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone) capable of running mobile reporting apps.
• Computer with internet access and a printer.
