FAR Inspections is actively seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Allendale County, South Carolina and surrounding communities. You will manage your own routing, schedule, and territory while completing exterior visits designed for speed.

This 1099 position pays per inspection and offers flexible scheduling with volume varying by county. A fuel-efficient vehicle, smartphone, and ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Own reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle or means to travel
• Capable of handling field reporting and photo capture
• Pass a standard background check and provide own equipment

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status based on indicators.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit reports using mobile apps.
