Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking independent contractors to perform residential mortgage inspections in Caroline County, Maryland and surrounding areas. Earn supplemental or full-time income on your own schedule by conducting exterior occupancy verifications in local neighborhoods.

You control routing, schedule, and territory while completing quick inspections with on-site time of about 5–6 minutes. Fixed pay is per inspection; earnings are reported hourly in terms of the equivalent rate.

Qualifications

• Own reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle.
• Smartphone capable of running mobile reporting apps.
• Computer with internet and printer.

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status based on industry indicators.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit reports using mobile apps.
• Maintain reliability in territory coverage and deadlines.
