The Field Inspector will perform exterior occupancy verifications, manage routing, and report on general conditions with 5–6 minutes on-site per inspection.

Qualifications

• Own a reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone) with mobile reporting apps
• Computer with internet and printer
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines
• Ability to pass a standard background check

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status based on industry indicators
• Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports via mobile apps
• Maintain reliability for territory coverage and deadlines
