FAR Inspections is seeking reliable independent contractors to perform residential occupancy verifications in Dodge County, Georgia. You will manage your own routing and schedule, earning a set fee per inspection and typically covering 5-6 minutes on-site per property.

As a 1099 contractor, you supply your own equipment and vehicle, report via mobile apps, and photos, with work volume varying by county and territory.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status (1099) with own equipment.
• Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle.
• Smartphone capable of running mobile reporting apps.
• Computer with internet connection and a printer.
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities
