Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking independent Field Inspectors to perform residential occupancy verifications in Becker County, Minnesota. You will control your routing, schedule, and territory while earning a per-inspection fee.

Typical inspections are short and on-site 5–6 minutes, with stable monthly volume. As an IC, you provide your own equipment (vehicle, smartphone, computer) and must pass a standard background check.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor with strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without supervision.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Own reliable equipment and manage routing/territory autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status based on industry-standard indicators.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports using mobile applications.
• Maintain a high level of reliability regarding territory coverage and deadlines.
