FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in De Baca County, New Mexico, and surrounding communities. If you reside near Fort Sumner or anywhere in De Baca County, you can earn supplemental or full-time income on your own schedule.

Pay is per-inspection, with earning potential around $25-35 per hour. As a Field Inspector, you will conduct exterior occupancy verifications, manage your own routing and territory, and submit reports via mobile

Qualifications

• Independent contractor role with own equipment.
• Own reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle and fuel-conscious driving.
• Smartphone capable of running mobile reporting apps.
• Computer with internet connection and a printer.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status based on industry-standard indicators
• Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports using industry-standard mobile applications
• Maintain a high level of reliability regarding territory coverage and deadlines
