Job summary

Prosper Family Medicine seeks a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our independent, physician-led practice in Prosper, TX. You will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages with emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.

The role focuses on quality patient care, strong patient relationships, and teamwork over volume. Outpatient only, with no routine inpatient responsibilities, and a supportive, collaborative

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school is required.
• Board certification status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (board certification expected within the applicable window).
• Texas medical license active or eligible; DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; compassionate patient care.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform annual wellness visits and preventive screenings.
• Manage chronic diseases with evidence-based care.
• Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and community resources.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and participate in quality initiatives.
