The successful candidate will join the Center of Excellence for Structural Cell Biology and the Division of Neuronal Cell Biology, bridging molecular and cellular scales. Qualifications

• PhD or MD required with at least three years of relevant postgraduate experience.
• Demonstrated productivity and potential for an independent, innovative program.
• Experience with cryogenic imaging or electron microscopy is strongly encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Establish an independent, multidisciplinary research program in neuronal cell biology.
• Develop and apply cryo-ET and volume EM approaches to study neurons.
• Collaborate with the CoE-SCB and the Department of Developmental Neurobiology at St. Jude.
