Job summary

AOIA seeks an Emergency Medicine physician for its two Delaware coast sites, Lewes and Millville. This physician-owned, democratic group offers ownership after an 18-month track and a full voting stake.

You’ll work across a Level III trauma ED and a freestanding ED, with Epic EHR, Dragon dictation, and AI tools integrated daily. The role features a guaranteed base plus productivity bonuses, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
• Experience in independent, physician-owned EM groups is a plus.
• Interest in a partnership track with voting rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide EM care across hospital ED and freestanding EDs.
• Maintain high patient throughput with ~1.5 patients per hour.
• Participate in onboarding and team collaboration.
• Engage in equitable RVU-based productivity and partner economics after 18 months.
