Qualifications

• Board-certified dermatologist with MD/DO degree
• Florida license or eligibility to practice
• Strong medical and surgical dermatology skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration with team
• 2–3 years of post-residency experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide general medical and surgical dermatology care
• Support establishment or expansion of cosmetic practice if desired
• Share call responsibilities across providers
• Maintain clinical autonomy within a collaborative environment
• Pursue a long-term partnership track with ownership opportunity
