Job summary

360care seeks a Dental Hygienist-Independent Practice to deliver preventive and therapeutic oral health services in senior-care facilities. You will make clinical decisions while our team handles scheduling, billing, and support.

Travel up to 100% within a specified radius; must have reliable transportation and maintain EMR records. On-site treatment occurs in facility-based rooms with comprehensive office support available.

Qualifications

• Valid dental hygiene license.
• Must have obtained or in process of obtaining appropriate certificate to practice independently.
• Ability to educate patients on oral hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provides preventative and therapeutic oral health services including teeth cleaning.
