Job summary

Aline Logistics operates FedEx Ground delivery routes out of Santa Fe and is hiring drivers at $20 per hour. Training is one week at $19 per hour, paid weekly. Full-time employees receive dental and vision insurance, with a company-provided vehicle and equipment.

Routes cover rural, city, business, and residential areas around Santa Fe and Ojo Encino. Expect 7–9 hours per day, with start times around 8 AM.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs, with frequent bending and maneuvering in and out of the delivery vehicle.
• Prior courier experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Military and veteran applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
• No prior delivery experience required — we’ll train you

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages on rural, city, business, and residential routes in Santa Fe and Ojo Encino.
• Load and unload packages and perform frequent bending and lifting.
• Operate company-provided box truck, step van, or cargo van.
• Average 7–9 hours per day until all packages are delivered.
