Job summary

RDSolutions in Charleston, SC seeks a Research Associate for flexible, independent work collecting items at grocery stores. You choose your hours and earn based on productivity with a guaranteed hourly minimum in areas with a wage floor.

Training is provided to maximize efficiency in each store you visit. Requirements include 18+, HS diploma or equivalent, smartphone with pricing app, valid driver’s license and insurance, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerators and freezers.

Responsibilities

• Follow preplanned routes and collect items at participating stores.
• Work independently to complete assignments within client windows.
• Complete training and adhere to company expectations and wage floor.
• Maintain safety while transporting and handling materials.
