Roanoke Valley Center for Sight in Roanoke, VA is seeking dedicated CRNAs to join our ambulatory surgery center. You will practice independently within a fast-paced, supportive team, delivering safe anesthesia and directly impacting patient care.

We offer competitive pay from $140/hour (full-time) and $180/hour (part-time), a $60,000 recruitment bonus, eight weeks of PTO plus six holidays, health and life insurance, and a flexible schedule in an independent CRNA practice.

Qualifications

• CRNA certification and current RN license in good standing.
• Ability to administer anesthesia independently in ambulatory surgery center.
• Experience with pre-operative assessments and intra-/post-operative monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Administer safe and effective anesthesia independently.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and plan anesthesia.
• Monitor patients intra- and post-operatively.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team.
• Provide high-quality patient care.
