Job summary

KTE Medical Jobs is seeking an experienced CRNA to join a small, autonomous group at a community hospital in Jackson, Tennessee. This 1099 independent contractor role offers full autonomy with no mandatory physician supervision, a steady surgical volume, and a collaborative, drama-free team of three CRNAs.

The schedule features a rotating pattern with three weeks of coverage and about 17 weeks of vacation annually, plus strong tax flexibility and generous time off.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee CRNA licensure or eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Active NBCRNA certification.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Comfortable practicing independently in a community hospital.
• OB anesthesia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full CRNA autonomy in a small independent group.
• Manage approximately 150 cases per month with OB mix.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team of three CRNAs.
