Job summary

Harmony United Psychiatric Care is seeking a Post Doctoral Clinical Psychologist for outpatient services in Ocala, FL. The role offers independent contractor status with flexible hours across in-person and telehealth modalities.

The candidate should hold a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and may have experience with neuropsychological testing; licensure is not required. Outpatient clinic experience is preferred, with opportunities to tailor services to patient needs.

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D.) required
• Experience in Neurocognitive and Neuropsychological Testing preferred
• No license required for the candidate
• Outpatient setting work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with various mental health conditions
• Provide multiple modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services
• Offer neuropsychological and neurocognitive testing services (optional)
• Select to provide psychotherapy, neuropsychological testing, or a combination of both
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and social workers
• Educate patients and families about mental health, test results, and treatment plans
• Document services per company policies and maintain compliance with standards
• Stay updated with developments in psychology and neuropsychology under supervision of licensed psychologists
