Job summary

Better Days Wellness in New York is seeking a part-time independent contractor acupuncturist to join the practice. You will build your own patient base within an established clinic offering fertility & women's health, pain relief, and facial rejuvenation services.

Schedule is Tuesdays and Fridays with Saturdays optional. You may set your own hours within those days, and there is an option (not obligation) to pick up additional patients or cover the owner’s caseload when needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice acupuncture in New York (L.Ac.).
• Comfortable managing your own patient relationships and treatment planning.
• Additional certifications (herbal medicine, Tui Na, cosmetic acupuncture, etc.) are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build your own patient base within an established practice.
• Option to see extra patients when owner schedule allows or cover her caseload when she is unavailable.

The details

• Schedule: Part-time. Tuesdays and Fridays to start, Saturdays optional. Set your own hours within those days.


• Caseload: Build your own patient base — this isn't just coverage work. You'll also have the option (not the obligation) to pick up patients when the owner's schedule is full, or to cover her caseload when she's out.


• Compensation: 60/40 revenue split per treatment (60% to you), independent contractor status.


• Setting: Established practice with three service pillars — fertility & women's health, pain relief, and facial rejuvenation (cosmetic acupuncture, gua sha, microneedling). You're welcome to bring your own clinical focus and build within that structure.
