Requirements

• Independently licensed and in good standing in the state of Oregon
• Minimum of a Doctorate level (PhD or PsyD) with a degree in Clinical Psychology or Forensic Psychology, specialization in Neuropsychology
• Two years post-license experience performing fitness-for-duty evaluations or independent medical examinations
• Or at least two years post-license experience in forensic neuropsychological assessment
• Access to a private practice location
• Willingness to review medical records and complete your report via R3’s secure website
