To qualify, provide a valid business license (LLC or Inc), obtain workers’ compensation and general liability insurance with non-owned auto coverage, and supply your Federal EIN.

Qualifications

• Independent contractors must provide valid business license (LLC or Inc).
• Workers’ Compensation Insurance is required.
• General Liability Insurance and Non-Owned Auto coverage required.
• Federal EIN Number is required.
• Verifiable references; 18 years of age minimum.
• Background check must be favorable.
• Cannot be a sole proprietor.
