Hackbarth Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking dependable Independent Contractors with a Commercial Cargo/Sprinter Van for final mile delivery in Little Rock, AR. This 1099 contract role offers flexible home-based daily routes and steady work.

Earn a monthly pay range of $3,200–$4,000, with a signing bonus after 90 days and a simple onboarding process. You will handle deliveries to homes and businesses, maintain safety standards, and pass background and MVR checks.

Qualifications

• Own a Commercial Cargo Van / Sprinter Van.
• Pass a background check and MVR.
• Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol screening.

• $250.00 to be paid on first settlement.


• The Remaining balance of $250.00 will be made after 90 days of continuous service.

• Deliver Knock Your Socks Off (KYSO) service


• Handle deliveries for both private residences and commercial locations

Home every day
Competitive compensation

• Payrate: $3200.00 - $4000.00 Monthly


• Stable schedule: Monday – Friday


• Start time: 5:00 AM – Until route is complete

What You Need:
Full Size Sprinter Van / High Roof Cargo Van
Valid Driver License
Strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills
Ability to lift and handle packages up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to pass a Background Check, MVR, and Drug & Alcohol Screen
Basic tech skills to operate handheld devices when required
