Job summary

Hackbarth Delivery Service, Inc is seeking a Box Truck Owner/Operator- Two Person Team with furniture assembly experience to join our logistics and distribution operations. The driver will handle appliances, installations, servicing, pickups, and deliveries, with routes five days a week and occasional Saturdays.

Current opportunity offers gross earnings potential up to $1,500–$4,000 per week. You must own a 26ft box truck, be 21+, and pass a background check, MVR, and drug test.

Qualifications

• Must own a 26ft box truck and be a 1099 contractor.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with navigational devices essential.
• Smartphone required for route updates.
• Furniture/appliance assembly experience required.
• Provide your own tools including hammer drill and concrete bits.
• Must be 21+; helpers must be 18+.
• Background check, motor vehicle report and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Final mile delivery with installation and servicing of appliances.
• Warehousing, route optimization and customized logistics solutions.
• Residential deliveries, some entry into homes, and packaging handling.
• Nationwide implementation partner for pick-pack-ship and ecommerce.

We take pride in our dedicated team, and we're looking for a "Box Truck Owner/Operator- Two Person Team" with furniture assembly experience to join us in our mission to efficiently handle and distribute goods to our customers.

The driver will be handling appliances all deliveries will include installations, servicing, pickups, and deliveries. These deliveries may involve entering residential homes. All routes are 5 days/week with occasional Saturdays.

• Current Box Truck opportunity offers gross earning potential up to $1500 - $4000 a week.
• Vehicle type needed: 26 ' Box Truck
• Contractor Requirement: Two - Person Team
• Schedules Available: The hours may vary depending on the route.
• Miles:The milage may vary depending on the route
• Total Stops: 1-13 per day
• Product Type: Furniture and appliances assembly is required.
• Services: Final mile delivery, warehousing, customized logistics solutions, retail pool distribution, route optimization, appliance delivery and installation, white glove assembly, hot shot, inside residential deliveries, inventory management, Nationwide Implementation Partner, Pick-Pack-Ship, ecommerce.
• Weight: Heaviest piece weighs 300 lbs. May have 5 of these per day or more

Requirements:

• This is a 1099 position and couriers must own a 26ft box truck.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Proficiency in navigational devices is required.
• Smart Phone required.
• Furniture assembly experience is required.
• Must provide their own tools included a hammer drill and concrete bits.
• Slides to move furniture to prevent damages.
• Must be over 21. Helpers must be 18.
• Must be able to undergo a background check, motor vehicle report and drug test.
