Job summary

Hackbarth Delivery Service, Inc. seeks independent drivers who own a 16–18 ft box truck to join our expanding network. Earn $3,900–$4,400 per week with a $1,000 sign‑on bonus and an initial payout of $500 at settlement, then $500 after 90 days of continuous service.

Routes run Sunday night through Friday night, with shifts starting at 10:00 pm and continuing until completion. Must pass background and drug screenings, maintain proper insurance, and possess navigation device proficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass criminal background and drug screenings.
• English language proficiency required.
• Proficiency with navigation devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to homes and businesses as part of the contractor network.
• Operate a 16–18 ft box truck as an independent contractor.
• Maintain safe driving practices and on‑time deliveries.
• Support schedules with routes from 10:00 pm and through completion.
• Adhere to Monday–Friday availability and route completion.

Contractor Requirements:

$1000,000 Sign-On Bonus

• $500.00 Payout at first settlement
• Remaining $500.00 after 90 days of continues service.

**Contractors must currently own or lease a 16ft - 18ft Box Truck.**

Vehicle Requirements:

• • 16ft - 18ft Box Truck only
  • Payrate: $3900.00 - $4400.00 per week
  • Mileage: 400-450 miles per day
  • Shift: 10:00pm to until the route is finished.
  • Sunday night - Friday night

• Insurance:
  • Owner-Operators must have a minimum of 100/300/100 Auto Liability coverage for initial consideration.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass criminal background and drug screenings
  • Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability Monday - Friday.
  • Proficiency with navigation devices
  • English language proficiency
