About Company:

We are a nationwide Third Party Administrator supporting 1099 Independent adjusters for CAT, Daily and Desk claims.

About the Role:

As an Independent Contractor based in the United States, you will engage in providing specialized services or project-based work to clients across various industries. This role requires you to manage your own schedule, deliver high-quality results within agreed timelines, and maintain clear communication with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely, fostering a dynamic and autonomous work environment. Ultimately, your success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver exceptional value, and sustain a quality work and volume.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a relevant field or industry demonstrating the ability to deliver contracted services independently.
  • Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Legal eligibility to work as an independent contractor within the United States.
  • Effective communication skills to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as an independent contractor or freelancer with a successful track record.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools, software, or certifications relevant to the services offered, such as Xactimate, and FileTrac.
  • Able to work personably with customers.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse client needs and work environments.

  • Manage Claims independently while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
  • Manage all administrative aspects of contracting, including invoicing, tax documentation, and compliance with legal requirements.

Pay range varies by position and assignment type

Salary Range: $1.00 To $100,000.00 Annually
