Qualifications

• Independent contractor status and 1099 engagement.
• On-site risk inspections for commercial properties.
• Criminal and motor vehicle background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of commercial properties (retail, offices, churches, etc.).
• Prepare clear, concise inspection reports with exterior diagrams, photos, observations and hazards notes.
• Provide recommendations and current condition summaries in reports.
